Even after I went to upper secondary, my science was still my weakest. It was always either a C5 or U grade. I was worried for my N level that was in 5 months and think that i needed tuition for it. That's when I found my science tutor, Ms Min. She taught me how to craft notes that are clear to understand concepts in a more simpler way. However, we changed to online tuition due to some circumstances and I also reach out to her for chemistry. I thought I would not do well for online lesson, however, she prepared many online resources, notes and practice papers that are all useful for me. She even uses google classroom to help me organise my notes for different topic which makes everything easy to find. After just only 4-5 months with her, my science got an A2 in N level. I went on to O level which is tougher for me, and i didn’t do well during the start. However, I did not give up and continue to work hard. During my O level results day, i was shocked to see that my science was an A2. I was very happy and glad that I have her as my tutor.

Are there any registration or deposit fees?Absolutely not! We don't believe in locking you down with unnecessary fees. Since our space is built around the goal of 'graduating' you from tuition, we want you to be able to come to us only when necessary, with the freedom to grow and become independent. Locking students down with hidden fees would be counter intuitive.

Talk to me about the package model.Our package model is built to give students flexibility. Students purchase a suitable package with a set number of credits and utilize them to book classes on the app based on their availability and academic needs. We want you to WANT to come to class- so we put the onus on you to book your classes. This helps you take ownership of your own learning journey and become more self-aware of your own abilities and when you need help.

How do students "catch up" if they missed a class?Our small class size allows us to have time to meet individual needs as well as in a group. Students use the chat function in the booking app to raise concepts they require help with when they book a class. The teacher then plans a class responsive to those needs. Our strength lies in our ability to connect different concepts together.

What are the terms for cancelling and rescheduling classes?We have different terms for cancellation of classes and make up lessons for the package model and subscription model. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully.

I don’t see my subject/class listed in the schedule. What should I do?Please fill up this form, indicating your available dates and timeslots so that we can arrange to open a class. We have kept our slots empty so that we can fit you and not the other way around! If you are keen to start a class with friends for a particular timeslot, we offer 1 free class to you per referral and to your friend for a minimum purchase of a package of 4 classes, or a subscription (min. commitment of 3 months) *opening up new classes will be subject to availability

Do you offer trial lessons?All students (potential or current) sign up for an account in the booking app. New students are able to book a one-time free trial lesson for any available classes in the existing schedule. If you are keen to start a new class, please fill up this form to confirm an available time slot before signing up for an account. If you are a Secondary 4 student taking O levels Combined OR Pure Chemistry and Biology, we are currently offering complimentary one free diagnostic or consultation sessions instead (till the end of August 2024). Please select that option instead of the free trial in the booking app.
